Pixel & Plug is an independent English-language consumer technology publication covering phones, computers, audio, smart-home products, and the accessories that connect them. We write for people who want a clearer purchase decision—not another wall of specifications.

Our editorial approach

Every guide begins with a real routine: a crowded commute, a small apartment, a shared home office, a long flight, or a kitchen with wet hands and three timers running. We turn those situations into a short list of priorities, explain the tradeoffs, and identify where spending more is worthwhile.

When we have not personally used a product, we say so and base our analysis on manufacturer documentation, recognized standards, and clearly attributed sources. We do not invent benchmarks, ownership experiences, prices, ratings, or review counts. Time-sensitive product details are checked before publication and should still be confirmed with the seller or manufacturer.
